Thanks for visiting and I hope I can be helpful with your quilting needs. I offer free-hand longarm quilting to clients. This includes simple allover designs, detailed quilting, and heirloom quilting, all explained on my Quilting Services page. And our workshops and lectures. We also have many patterns and notions available for purchase.
The first class I will be working on is Fill the Spaces. This is my favorite way to design, using all the pieced spaces in the quilt and then filling them with quilting. This technique does not require any marking on the quilt because I use the seams as my guidelines. So feel free to follow along. I will update you on the piecing, why I make more than one sample, what is the significance my fabric choices, batting used and finally the finished quilt.

Sunday, September 18, 2016. I cannot believe how long it has been since I completed a quilt for Quilts Beyond Borders. I have a few jelly rolls sitting in my stash. Time to get busy! Two days, two quilts, plus I finished the binding on the third. Whew! Time to get them mailed off on Monday.

Four and a Half Texans in France. Because we just knew tons of opportunities for global life would come knocking at our door we wanted to be ready and we also wanted our children to be ready. We decided to put our kids into a school that offered language immersion. The choice of school was very easy given the fact that DIS.
